While we may be experiencing the bitter cold portion of winter that seems to leave everyone wanting to hibernate, is there a better time to give yourself something happy to look forward to and start considering springtime maternity and newborn photography sessions?!
These photos of my daughter and her family are cherished because we were able to first celebrate the pregnancy with the help of miss proud new big-sister-to-be, and then document the birth of my grandson in his precious early days. And it resulted in some pretty beautiful images if I may say so… does my daughter not look angelic?
No time is too soon to get in touch with me if you are interested in having a maternity or newborn photoshoot done. In fact, when you first find out you are pregnant or during your first or second trimester is ideal so that we can be sure to arrange a time, since spots fill up quickly!
I am happy to supply a wide selection of maternity gowns and newborn wear as well as some toddler clothing items for the photoshoot so that “clothes shopping” isn’t an extra thing on your to-do list. Of course if you would prefer to wear something of your own, you are most welcome to.
When you first inquire about working together I really appreciate being able to meet you in person to get a better idea of what it is you hope to get out of the photoshoot and how you plan to use the images. This is one case where one size does not fit all; I want to customize your experience as much as possible to make sure you leave ecstatic about the photos we capture. Not to worry if you’re not quite sure what you’re hoping for or don’t have a specific vision – I would love to give you some ideas.
One option for your photos is to create a wall gallery, which is a gorgeous way to display your portraits. If you bring me a snapshot of your wall, I can create a few potential layouts to help you visualize the finished product in your own home. At our initial meeting I can also show you some print options and have you see and feel some examples of the quality of prints that I offer. People often fall in love and cannot wait to have their own prints in their hands!
I still have some availability in March and a few spots left in April and May. I would love to hear from you to start planning your session!
